What We Do
Hardwood Floor Finishing
As it ages, hardwood flooring can get scratched and dull. But unlike other types of flooring, hardwood flooring can make a comeback. All you have to do is refinish it. The hardwood flooring process starts sanding the floor to eliminate any depressions. Next step, we buff the floor then apply stain or three coat of polyurethane buffing the flooring between each coat. The entire sanding process is anticipated by placing plastic on the cabinets, frames, light fixtures and TVs, for example, and throughout the entire process, professional vacuums and bags are used attached to the sanding machines. After the buffer is used for the last time in the process of sanding the floor, in others words, the last time that dust will be evidenced in the project, the plastics will be removed, the cabinets cleaned up and the house blown and vacuumed before the last coat of polyurethane, bringing the house clean and mainly with a new floor back to the homeowner.
Hardwood Floor Installation
Our company works with prefinished and unfinished solid wood, engineered hardwood and luxury vinyl planks (LPV)
The subfloor determines if the installation has to be made by glue down, when it's made of concrete slab, or nailed down, when it's made of plywood.
Luxury Vinyl Planks (LPV) Installation
Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVP) is a cost effective way to make a big impact in your space. Its cheaper than traditional hardwood floor and can offer a similar look. LPV is water, scratch and stain resistant, therefore it has a great durability. In some situations it can be installed over the existing flooring.
Hardwood Floor Staircase Finishing
Refinishing staircase is synonymous of more value for your home, given the highlight that a well-structured and finished staircase has inside a house.
This is a very time-consuming task, as practically all steps are carried out manually, from the sanding process to the last step, which is the polyurethane application.
